“This is long overdue. When my family and I got off the plane from Germany, we didn't have a place to go except for the hotel on base. Well our cat wasn't allowed in. Not even in the lobby. We were exhausted after our 10 hour flight, but the Pet Brigade made life so much easier. They came and picked up our cat from the hotel (after hours at that). I just wanted to send a note to thank you for your help during my family’s recent move from the states to Japan. My wife, Christy, was trying to get everything in order to get our two dogs, Holly and Annie, to our new home and was feeling more than a little overwhelmed. She had called several places trying to figure out the best course of action. Once she made contact with you and the “Pet Brigade”, she instantly felt as though she was among friends and knew she could trust your team. It was a very stressful transition period for us and you guys made it quite a bit easier. Your insight and knowledge of the process was the key to getting our precious puppies to Japan without a hitch. You went above and beyond what was expected by picking our dogs up from the airport, caring for them, coordinating their vet visit and USDA appointments and getting them back to her at the airport at exactly the perfect time to meet the rotator. I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate your efforts during a very stressful time in my family’s life. As I planned our move from the states to Japan, I was in way over my head trying to figure out how to get my two dogs, Annie and Holly, through Seattle to Japan. I had called just about every listing I could find and hadn’t gotten much help. That is until I called you guys at Pet Brigade. After talking to you, I instantly felt like I had an advocate and a friend on the other end of the phone. Someone who I felt I could trust with my precious puppies. You and your team bent over backwards to accommodate us in every way. I appreciate the timely phone calls informing me of our pet’s safe arrival & transport to your boarding facility. It made me laugh when you talked about how our dog Annie was so excited to be getting off the plane, that she was wagging her tail so hard-she was rocking the kennel-almost to the point of tipping. Your staff, especially Desiree, were always great on the phone. They’d give me daily updates & comment on different parts of my dogs personalities. These comments made me feel that they actually knew which dogs were mine (which was not the case with our last boarding experience). I especially appreciate the “extra mile” (ok, more like extra 40 miles each way) you went to ensure my dogs were cleared to enter Japan. I had not anticipated the need for an USDA visit-and not arriving in Seattle until a few hours before our outbound flight, would not have been able to meet with the USDA inspector. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! You have a very well run, professional pet boarding & pet transportation company that made all the difference for us in our transition to Japan. I will make sure to recommend you and your team to anyone who needs help getting their animals through Seattle to overseas. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work.”
