First Pet - Vaccinations
The following vaccinations are required for all services. We require a veterinary certificate showing current vaccinations for all pets. All vaccinations should be done 2 weeks prior to boarding and we do require Bordetella every 6 months. Please Fax or bring a copy of your records. Please check appropriate box if vaccinaation is current.

We require you to select a minimum of one activity for your dog during their stay. Even an older dog likes to walk and explore the Fort. Please choose at least one of the following activities.

Miscellaneous

At your request we can provide a bath for your pet upon your departure date. This includes nails trimmed and ears cleaned. Starts at $25.00. Brush out at extra cost.

We encourage you to bring 1 to 2 personal items of your pet's (must be clean and sanitized). Please write your pet's name along with your last name to each item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. No rawhide toys or choker collars.

Please note that this request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation. A $35.00 deposit per pet is required to confirm your reservation. We will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to confirm your reservation. The $35.00 deposit goes toward your boarding. If you cancel within 72 hours prior to your stay, you will forfeit your deposit. For the following holiday reservations: New Years, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas, 50% of the boarding fee will be required at reservation and is non-refundable.
